The Northwest has so many personalities that it is a huge conglomeration of venues. I spend summers sailing with friends to the hinterlands of the West Coast which give me incredible views of inlets and passageways. I hike the mountains and along the seashore to find scenes that are commonly shared, triggering past memories of your own explorations. From the rainforests and sandy shores, to Mt. Rainier and Hurricane Ridge in the Olympics, to my own backyard on Bainbridge Island, the Northwest is always presenting my camera with something new and heartfelt.
